Corporate Covid-19 Testing Q&A.

We have answered some of the most asked questions about our affordable Corporate Testing Services.

What tests do you offer?

We provide :

General Covid-19 Testing, Day 2 and 8 (rarely used for corporate clients )

Day 2 Antigen (lateral flow testing) and All blood tests including all pathology, serology, and some complex cancer tests.

We are approved by the UK government for our testing activities. You can check this further online.

What is the process of booking the Corporate Covid-19 Testing?

Booking can be done using our online portal as a general customer. For bookings less than 5 people (we are giving our discount codes to corporate clients).

For groups of more than 5 people/employees, home testing, workplace testing, or remote area testing (filming, industrial, etc., we allocate an account manager to liaise with your coordinator for smooth and hassle-free testing. We are based in London, but we operate nationally for our testing schemes including both postal or using our nurses/pharmacists on-site.

Do you offer an individual booking system?

We have created a few portals and individual booking systems for our corporate partners and this has shown a very good and easy outcome. If you require one, we are more than happy to design one in less than 24 hours for your organization. Email us at yousef@pexpo.co.uk for a fast response.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Individual testing/postal are non-refundable. For Corporate (5+ testing ), you are charged a 20% admin charge to compensate for our time and booking arrangement if canceled, although we offer an unlimited rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to our testing.

What is the process of testing?

Tests can be provided both as self-swab postal or in-clinic/onsite. This is different for each test type. If you can inform us which specific testing is required for your organization and we can provide information about the process step by step.

 
Accuracy of the test(s) offered?

PCR :

Sensitivity: 98%, Specificity: 100%

Antigen /Lateral Flow Test :

97.3% Sensitivity, 100% Specificity 98.7% Accuracy

Is there a chance of a trial period?

We certainly recommend that.

Can you confirm the result time for the test(s)?

Antigen tests are 15 minutes in-house/in a clinic or on-site with our clinicians, Postal is up to 12 hours due to our online portal upload system.

PCR tests: we offer, 4 hours, same day by midnight, and next day test if required.

Blood tests are within 24 hours.

How are they administered?

Antigen is nasal

PCR is nasopharyngeal + Oropharyngeal

Blood tests are microtainer based (easy prick and not full invasive blood test)

COVID-19 Cost per test?

Volume-based:

PCR starts from £65+VAT (the larger volume) up to £85 max - The exception is our 4-hour test which is priced higher and can be negotiated accordingly.

Antigen test is £8-£12 per kit excluding any certification according to your volume of tests per week.

Antigen with Day 2 or fit to fly certification is £18 per kit. Discounts are given according to an organisation’s volume.

Is there a minimum order quantity? / Is there a minimum time frame we would need to book in?

No minimum quantity and no minimum timeframe, all clinics are easily accessible by online booking or walk-in. Postal is 24 hours tracked delivery.

Is there a minimum frequency of testing p/week?

No frequency, we have a recommended schedule for each business type and would advise on the basis of your work environment and needs for better infection control.

Please can you run through the COVID-19 positive case process/how it is handled?

PCR test positive cases will be reported to NHS England track and trace automatically by the end of the day and the client will be contacted for isolation and contact tracing.

Quick test positive access is uploaded to the PHE portal, and the same process of contact tracing is followed by the NHS.

What information is kept on the booking system for corporate testing clients?

The name, date of birth, address, vaccination status, travel information, and email address for each employee is kept on file.
